As I wanted to study abroad (Canada), I ordered an apostille for one of my Human Resources degrees. Completely lost in these procedures, I called on Go-Apostille to help me. A kind and very patient team handled the service from start to finish. Thank you, I highly recommend!

What does an apostille do?
An apostille authenticates the signature, capacity of the signer and, where applicable, seal of a French public document intended for use abroad.
It applies where the Hague Convention governs the destination. It does not certify the document’s content. Depending on the country and document, legalisation or an exemption may apply instead.
Since 1 May 2025, the competent French notarial centres have issued apostilles. GO APOSTILLE is a private assistance service; you may also apply directly to the notarial service.

The details that matter before entrusting someone with an important document.
Do I need to post my original document?
Not always. A digital copy lets us check the file. If the centre requires an original or certified copy for your document, we tell you what to send and where; you then post it.
How long does an apostille take?
The normal official period is 3 working days once the centre has received the papers, the file is complete and signature information is available. Checks, postage and the centre’s workload add to the total time.
Urgent apostille: what happens within 24 hours?
We process your request within 24 hours by checking the required documents. The competent notarial centre then issues the apostille. An official 24-hour issuing option exists for some complete, eligible files; that separate period excludes preparation, any postage and return shipping.
Who issues the official apostille?
The competent notarial centre issues it. GO APOSTILLE prepares and follows the request as a private service; we are not the certifying authority.
Can every document be apostilled?
No. The document’s origin and type, and where it will be used, determine the required formality. Some documents need legalisation or are exempt.
How do I get my documents back?
After we receive the apostille, we arrange to return your papers using your selected shipping method. Delivery time depends on the carrier.
Does your document need to go abroad?
Tell us what it is and where it will be used. We will help move the application forward.
