Standard apostille starts at €79.90 per document, decreasing progressively to €59.90. All paid orders across your company count towards the current calendar month’s volume, regardless of which team member submits them.
Final prices per document (TTC). VAT is not currently applicable. External fees are excluded.
Certified translation: €10 off per page
A €10 per-page discount on the current B2C rate. For example, a €60 rate becomes €50 per page. The base rate depends on factors including the language.

Electronic documents
Eligible documents require no physical shipping. Send the original electronic PDF and we will check whether it can be accepted.
Some official digital Bulletin no. 3 criminal record extracts and KBIS company extracts may qualify. The apostille’s delivery format depends on the case and the competent authority.
Physical documents
If an original or certified copy is required, we provide precise instructions and the address of the relevant centre or authority in France.
Avoid unnecessary shipping via your offices abroad. At your request, instructions can be sent directly to your client in France; shipping options can be considered depending on the case.

Specify the destination country, intended use and any requirements provided by the receiving organisation. Our team then reviews the appropriate process.
Company documents
For a Kbis company extract, articles of association or power of attorney, identify the document and its issuer. A privately signed document may need prior certification; it cannot be apostilled as it stands.
Your clients’ files
Prepare a reference for each request and legible files. Gather the receiving organisation’s instructions before submitting the request to help avoid missing documents.
Apostille, legalisation or exemption
The required formality depends on the document and destination country. A translation may also be requested. Checking the requirements first helps avoid an unsuitable procedure.
Questions about our B2B partnership
Do discounts carry across separate orders?
Yes. Apostille documents from paid orders accumulate across your company during the current calendar month. After the first 10 documents at €79.90, the next 15 cost €74.90 each. Lower rates apply as you cross each band; earlier orders are not repriced. The counter resets the following month.
Can the form use our company’s branding?
Yes. Your workspace has its own URL, company name, logo and colour. Each team member has an individual login. Billing details are prefilled so your colleagues can focus on the documents.
Can we submit several requests in the same month?
Yes, and view their history and status in your workspace. Each request accepts up to 100 documents, with a limit of 10 MB per file and 100 MB in total. A request awaiting payment must be paid before you can pay for another.
Is a scan enough to start the procedure?
The uploaded file helps prepare the application. A scan does not replace a signed electronic original. A paper original or certified copy may be required, depending on the document. We provide shipping instructions after reviewing it.
How do we request legalisation or check the timeline?
Include the document, destination and deadline in your partnership application or email. Our team reviews legalisation requests individually. Timing depends on requirements, the competent authority and any shipping; external fees are explained before commitment.
